Attorneys for fired Ohio State University marching band director Jon Waters will continue to defend him until his federal case will go to trial. They have delayed their request to withdraw after university attorneys objected. Waters says he can't meet his financial obligations. Waters was fired last year after an investigation concluded he ignored a sexualized band culture. Waters has filed lawsuits alleging gender discrimination and wrongful termination.
