Join the dance, join the flow, join our GLOW FLOW event on the second Saturday of every month at Sotto Terra!
Our resident DJ, Kenny Lectro, will be providing curated sounds while Darcie StarSeed leads us in a 60 minute guided movement flow to open up our bodies, minds & hearts.
Kenny's LIVE DJ set follows for the remainder of the event & the bar will be serving us up classic (and brunchy) cocktails if you choose to imbibe!
This is a *Black Light enhanced Flow & Dance Party* so be sure to wear black light reactive clothing (whites, pastels, neons).
MUST BYO: your own yoga mat!!
If desired, please bring your own towel, blocks, or meditation pillow.
*we highly encourage bringing your own reusable water bottle to minimize waste*
