Our May seasonal is “MAIBOCK” (Translation: May Bock) | 7.2% ABV | 24 IBU
Imported straight from Munich, Germany, this is the oldest and first original bock bier of Munich, originating in 1614. A rich, flavorful bock bier to celebrate the arrival of Spring and the opening of biergartens! It is noticeably malty and sweet, with a warming alcohol note.
We're pairing it with a tasty German favorite...Beef Roulade!  
A Traditional recipe of German homestyle cooking. Thinly sliced Beef rubbed with mustard, stuffed with sauteed onions, bacon pieces and Gherkin pickles. Topped with a rich, delicious gravy and served with mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetables.
Mike Farrenkopf kicks the party off with LIVE MUSIC at 6:00PM...the keg tapping parade starts at 7:00PM!
