A former Centennial High School resource officer pleaded guilty this morning to a federal charge that he coerced sexual behavior from minors.49-year-old Todd Smith pleaded guilty to exchanging sexually explicit text messages with two 15-year-old female students during the 2011-2012 school year. A sentencing date is pending. The family of one of the girls has filed a civil lawsuit against Smith and the City of Columbus.
