Columbus police say they have arrested the teenager who allegedly attacked a social worker and stole her car.Police say 16-year-old Chiann Morrow assaulted a Franklin County Children Services employee on Monday while she was being transported to a placement center. Police say she tossed the worker from her car on West Mound Street. Morrow was arrested Thursday. The worker and a man who tried to stop Morrow were treated at a local hospital.
