Castro Back In Court

Attorneys for a Cleveland man accused of holding three women captive in his home for roughly a decade have told a judge plea bargain negotiations continue. 53-year-old Ariel Castro appeared in court Wednesday. He has pleaded not guilty to nearly a thousand counts of kidnapping, rape and other charges in the cases of Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight, and Gina DeJesus. Castro's attorneys say they're having trouble getting ready for the trial, tentatively scheduled for August 5th. They say prosecutors have been slow to turn over evidence. Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty denies that claim.
