Arraignment Today In Burning Body Case

Arraignment is scheduled today for a Zanesville man charged with shooting and killing another man whose burning body was found by utility workers in Morgan County last month. 19-year-old Shaquille Davis is charged with killing 24-year-old Phillip Kimbro Junior. No word on a motive.
