Services Honoring Gilligan Scheduled

Memorial services have been scheduled in Cincinnati for former Ohio Governor John Gilligan, who passed away Monday at the age of 92. A service will be held next Wednesday at a Cincinnati church and visitation will be held at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. A program honoring his life and career will be held September 5th at the Statehouse. Gilligan was also a congressman, Cincinnati city council member and Cincinnati school board member.
