Utica Woman Pleads Not Guilty In Alleged Cancer Hoax

A Utica woman pleaded not guilty this week to charges of faking cancer in her son in order to collect up to 75 hundred dollars in donations made for his treatment. 31-year-old Emily Creno was indicted last week. She remains free on 50 thousand dollars bond. Doctors say the boy does not have cancer.
