Families Of Two Unarmed People Killed By Police File Lawsuits

The estates of the two unarmed African-Americans killed by Cleveland police during a chase in which officers fired 137 shots have sued the city and police.The lawsuit seeks improved police procedures and unspecified damages on behalf of the families of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, who were shot and killed last year. The city says the lawsuit will be addressed in court.
