Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says 55 percent of companies that got state tax breaks in 2012 met requirements to retain and create jobs. His annual report says nearly 64 percent of companies met the requirements in 2011. DeWine reviewed 130 million dollars worth of 2012 state tax credits, grants, loans and workforce training incentives . Ohio is currently ranked 44th in the nation for job creation. The Ohio Development Services Agency says most of the tax deals were approved in 2010.
