Man Killed In Homeless Camp Blast Identified

Authorities have identified the homeless man killed in an explosion at a camp in Italian Village last week.Police say the small propane heater 52-year-old Manuel Pacheco was using to keep warm at a homeless camp near Lincoln and Hamlet Streets exploded. An official cause of death is pending.
