Man Shot By Cop Sentenced For Robbery

A Columbus man who was shot by a police officer outside of a Morse Road bank last year will serve 11 years in prison. 26-year-old David Cochrane was sentenced Thursday for attempting to rob a bystander last August. Cochrane was shot and wounded by off-duty Columbus police Sergeant Doug Williams. Cochraine is also facing a robbery charge in Mahoning County.
