Owner Of Torched Toledo Apartment Complex Facing New Charges

The Toledo apartment complex owner charged with setting the facility on fire has been indicted on unrelated charges of selling synthetic drugs. 61-year-old Ray Abou-Arab and his son, 34-year-old Omar Abou-Arab, face multiple drug charges for allegedly selling synthetic marijuana at a store they operated. The father has pleaded not guilty to arson charges for the late January blaze that killed two Toledo firefighters. A judge has placed a gag order on the attorneys in that case.
