Judge Upholds Blocking UA School From Moving

A federal judge has ruled the city of Upper Arlington did not discriminate in blocking a Christian school from moving to a large office complex. The judge says the ordinance that allows exclusive zoning in certain areas does not treat religious schools differently from other schools. Tree of Life Christian Schools plans an appeal. The area is zoned to beef up the city's tax base, and schools are not a permitted use.
