A federal judge has agreed with the defense and ordered a psychological evaluation of the man charged in the Dayton Veterans Affairs hospital shooting that wounded one man. 59-year-old Neil Moore, a former employee, is being held held without bond since the May 5th shooting that injured a former colleague. Moore's attorney says his client has a history of mental illness. Police say Moore thought some of his former colleagues were engaged in inappropriate relationships with his family.
