Man Arrested In Beating Death Of Jail Inmate

A Union County man has been arrested on charges of beating and killing a fellow Tri-County Regional Jail inmate last April. 24-year-old Zachary Butler is being held on 750 thousand dollars bond following his indictement on charges of killing 39-year-old David Piersol. Relatives of Butler say he was forced by other inmates to assault Piersol.
