Portman May Form Presidential Exploratory Committee

Republican U.S. Senator Rob Portman of Ohio is closer to making a presidential run in 2016. Several newspapers are reporting Portman is mulling plans to launch an exploratory committee. Portman has said he is considering a presidential run, but is focused right now on winning re-election.
