An autopsy is pending on the body of a 16-year-old West Virginia girl recovered along the Ohio River in Meigs County over the weekend. Sheriff's deputies say the suspect in the death of Ericka Brown, 36-year-old Ernest Roach, will be in court today to face murder charges.
