Columbus police have identified the man and woman killed in a wrong-way crash on I-70 early Sunday. Police say 25-year-old Tony Chhoeun was driving the wrong way on I-70 near West Broad Streeet and ran head on into a tractor-trailer. He and his passenger, 23-year-old Kristina Im, were killed. 55-year-old truck driver Timothy Owens sustained minor injuries.
