Columbus ONG Unit To Help Fight Ebola In West Africa

130 Ohio National Guard members from a Columbus-based unit will deploy to West Africa next spring to help fight the Ebola outbreak. Members of the 16th Engineer Brigade will be the first Ohio Guard unit sent to support the U.S. mission to help civilian-led humanitarian efforts. They will oversee construction of treatment clinics.
