Former Columbus Official Hired By Upper Arlington

Former Columbus Public Service Director Mark Kelsey has been hired for the same job with the city of Upper Arlington. Kelsey takes over for Darryl Hughes on February 2. Hughes resigned in September to take the same job with the city of Grandview Heights. Kelsey retired from the Columbus job in 2013.
