Services For Buck Rinehart Scheduled

Funeral services will be held on Monday in Powell for former Columbus Mayor Dana G. “Buck” Rinehart, who died at his home Wednesday morning after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. Services will be held at 11 am at the New Hope Reform Church on Powell Road. Burial at Union Cemetery will be restricted to family members. Visitation will be held Sunday at Schoedinger Funeral Home on North High Street. Rinehart served from 1984 to 1991. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in early 2013.
