Indictments In Slayings Of Tuscarawas County Couple

Two men suspected of abducting and killing an elderly Tuscarawas County couple have been indicted on charges including aggravated murder, kidnapping and robbery. 29 -year-old Robert Clark faces multiple counts with death penalty specifications. Clark and 21-year-old Jeffery Stewart are charged in the murders of 88-year-old Doyle Chumney and his 79-year-old wife, Lillian. Their bodies were found in a burned out car in Coshocton County in late January.
