A Franklin County judge today sentenced the driver in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a bicyclist in 2013 to three years' probation. 43-year-old Randall Pennington of Grove City will also lose his drivers' license for a year. The sentence was part of a deal with prosecutors in which Pennington agreed to plead guilty to hitting and injuring 45-year-old Brad Young near Dublin and Hayden Run Roads in September of 2013. Police say Pennington was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
