Charges Filed Following Man's Death Inside Columbus Power Plant

Columbus police have charged 2 people following the late Monday death of a man inside the old municipal power plant building on Nationwide Boulevard. 17-year-old Abigail Faught and 19-year-old Justin Rayburn are charged with criminal trespassing. Police say Faught called 911 to report the death of her 20-year-old brother Frank. The official cause of death has yet to be determined.
