Two Alleged Promotors Of Human Trafficking Convicted

Delaware County prosecutors say two Chinese nationals were found guilty yesterday of promoting prostitution and organized crime at three massage parlors in Powell, Worthington and Columbus. Sentencing is scheduled October 16 for 57-year-old Qing Xu and 55-year-old Estella Xu. Prosecutors say they lured workers with promises of high-paying massage jobs, but forced them to work 12 hour days, sleep on massage tables and provide sex to customers. The jury found a third defendant, Xiao Shuang Chao, not guilty.
