A third psychological evaluation of the motorist charged with a downtown crash that killed two pedestrians shows he is competent to stand trial. 62-year-old Terrance Trent is due back in court next Tuesday, when a judge will make a final ruling. Trent is charged with crashing his pickup truck into a Groveport-Madison school bus, which then struck and killed 21-year-old Stephanie Fibelkorn and 58-year-old Bill Lewis at Broad and High Streets last December.
