Fairfield County prosecutors have dropped aggravated vehicular homicide and reckless homicide charges against a Pickerington Local Schools teacher accused of killing her husband last weekend. Charges against 40-year-old Angela Luke were dropped to allow for further investigation. She pleaded not guilty. Sheriff's deputies had said she ran over and killed 42-year-old Daniel Luke with her vehicle following a domestic dispute. Prosecutors say they could seek a grand jury indictment later. The district placed Angela Luke on leave from her job at Tussing Elementary School, and a group of teachers yesterday protested that decision.
