Police Investigating Death Of Mount Vernon Pedestrian

Police have yet to file charges against the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a Mount Vernon girl. Chelsea Alaimo was struck and killed by an SUV while walking home from her church on Sunday night at Mansfield and Belmont Avenues.
