Reverend Ernest Angley is fighting the federal government's claims that he violated child labor and minimum wage laws. The Cuyahoga Falls televangelist is asking a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit against him, claiming no employees of the Cathedral Buffet and Banquet Center were underpaid or forced to work for free. The Labor Department says Angley owes buffet workers more than 200-thousand-dollars for failing to pay minimum wage and overworking teen employees.
