Athens County Couple Charged In April Overdose Death

An Athens County couple has been charged in the opiate-overdose death of a woman. 45-year-old Roger Rutter and his 33-year-old wife Tammy are charged with giving 27-year-old Mackinsey Roberts the drugs that killed her in at the couple's home last April. Both have pleaded not guilty and are being held on bonds of 250 thousand dollars.
