Chillicothe police have released the identity of a customer struck and killed when a pickup truck hauling a trailer crashed into a restaurant lobby last Saturday. 19-year-old Marcus Weaver was killed. Police are still investigating what caused the driver to lose control and crash through the window of the restaurant on North Bridge Street. No charges had been filed. A child who was with Weaver at the counter was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
