Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliot is expected to play in the Fiesta Bowl on Friday, despite being cited for a crash near campus. Columbus police charged Elliot with driving with a suspended license and other violations on Sunday when his car allegedly hydroplaned on State Route 315 and hit another vehicle. Elliot was driving to campus to join his teammates for the trip to the bowl game.
