A Hilliard middle school student was killed in a Tuesday morning crash that injured two other juveniles. Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say 14-year old Stevie Ray was a passenger in the SUV that went off the road, overturned and struck a tree on Darby Creek Road near Alkire Road. The driver, 16-year old Jeremy Taylor, and another passenger 13-year old Austen Taylor, are hospitalized with non- life threatening injuries. Hilliard Memorial Middle School is making counselors available for students and staff. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
