Athens County Couple Sentenced In Heroin Overdose Death

An Athens County judge has sentenced a Glouster couple for causing the fatal heroin overdose death of a woman last year. 45-year-old Roger Rutter will serve two years in prison. His 33-year-old wife Tammy will serve three years for causing the death of 27-year-old Mackinsey Roberts in the couple's home.
