Financial Dispute Possible Motive In Slaying Of Dayton Reverend

Dayton police say they're still deciding what charges to file against the man suspected in the fatal shooting of his brother inside a church office. Police will meet with prosecutors today to discuss potential charges against Daniel Schooler in the Sunday shooting death of Reverend William Schooler. The family says Daniel Schooler has a history of mental illness. Court records show the suspect sued his brother and St. Peter's Missionary Baptist Church leaders in 2011, claiming he was owed money from the real estate value of the church.
