A Milford man who nearly 40 years ago killed his roommate and ate part of his brain will not be granted parole. The Ohio Parole Board has ruled against releasing 60-year-old David Chapin, who is serving a life prison sentence for killing his 23-year-old friend Donald Liming in October 1978 in a dispute over religion. Chapin has been denied parole at least four previous times and will be eligible again in 2018.
