A Cleveland man has pleaded not guilty to charges of threatening to kill President Obama. U.S. Secret Service agents say Jonathan Smead called the agency with threats against the president and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Smead later told investigators he was drunk and wouldn't hurt anyone.
