Ohio Governor John Kasich kicked off his Republican presidential statewide campaign yesterday in Columbus. Kasich headlined a rally with former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who endorsed Kasich. Ohio Public Radio's Andy Chow reports.
While discussing the tough nature of this years presidential race, Kasich shared a piece of advice he got from Schwarzenegger on how to handle negative campaigns.
Kasich: He said John, love the beatings, love them. And Ive been loving them ever since. And its great. Its like, moguls, eat up the moguls John, thats what he told me.
Kasich has said in the past that he would drop out of the race is he doesnt win Ohio.
