Local Teacher's Sexual Abuse Victims Suing Him And School District

The victims of a Delaware County teacher's sexual abuse are now suing the school district, their school and a number of district officials. The three victims filed the suit yesterday, months after Matthew Rausenberg was sentenced to more than a century behind bars.  The suit names the Olentangy Local School district, Arrowhead Elementary School, the current and former superintendents and principals along with Rausenberg himself.  A jury convicted Rausenberg on sexual imposition, kidnapping and pandering obscene material charges in January.
