An inmate at the Lebanon Correctional Institution has been indicted on charges of killing his cellmate. Casey Pigge is accused of using a cinder block from his cell wall to beat and kill Luther Wade last February. He was already serving 30-years to life for setting a fire in eastern Ohio in 2009. Prosecutors say Pigge's low IQ prevented them from seeking death penalty specifications in the case.
