Report: Prison Violence Down 12 percent Since 2012

drc.state.oh.us

The state's Correctional Institution Inspection Committee says Ohio's most violent prison is in Warren County.  The Lebanon Correctional Institution has been the site of more than 25-hundred violent incidents since 2012. That is more than the prisons in Lucasville and Mansfield.  The committee's report also shows overall prison violence has declined by 12 percent over the same period.
