Franklin County's dog shelter is overflowing after weekend fireworks shows. Shelter officials say dozens of dogs ran away from their homes when they were spooked by the explosions. People whose dogs have microchips or licenses have the best chances of being reunited with their pets. Those living in areas with fireworks displays tonight are urged to keep their pets indoors. Several central Ohio communities will be holding traditional fireworks displays tonight, including Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Dublin and Gahanna.
