A Columbus man charged in a fatal shooting on I-70 near James Road earlier this month has been indicted on seven counts, including aggravated murder. 23-year-old Javon Lyons is scheduled for arraignment on Monday. Prosecutors say the 15 shooting followed an altercation at a bar between a pair of friends and another group of people. 26-year-old Perry Tuttle Junior was killed and 25-year-old Dorrell Taylor was wounded. A second suspect, 32-year-old Robert Harris, remains at-large.
