Arraignment is scheduled today for the man indicted by a Franklin County grand jury for two murders on the east side last April. 21-year-old Connor Jeffries faces seven criminal counts for shooting and killing 21-year-old James Miller Junior and 20-year-old Gary Francis at a Tussing Road parking lot. Jeffries' girlfriend, 19-year-old Mia Shamis, previously pleaded guilty to her role in the slayings.
