An online petition is calling on Ohio to quarantine heroin addicts. Nearly 6 thousand people have signed the petition at change.org urging Governor John Kasich declare a state of emergency, calling the state's heroin overdose epidemic a public health crisis. Supporters say the declaration would make grants available to set up so-called "recovery camps" where addicts would receive three months of mandatory treatment. Opponents cite the cost, and say a quarantine is not the answer to the problem. The petition was launched in Akron, where several people recently died of overdoses in one day
