One of the three women charged after the fatal beating of a 5-year-old Licking County boy in Middletown has been sentenced to three years in prison for obstruction of justice. Ramona Bostian was sentenced under a plea deal. Alexander Stephens died in April. Prosecutors say his mother, Theresa Hawkins-Stephens, and Bostian's daughter, Rachel, tied him up for nearly a day and severely beat him. They've pleaded guilty to murder and child endangering charges.
