Man Convicted In Hilltop Torture Case Gets Reduced Prison Sentence

One of the men convicted of torturing a couple in a Hilltop home will spend less time in prison. A Franklin County appeals court has reduced Davonte Clark's sentence by 14 years after ruling there wasn't enough evidence to convict him of rape. Clark will  spend 21 years behind bars for felonious assault and kidnapping in the 2014 assault at a Harris Avenue drug house.
