State's Heroin Epidemic Hits Ross County

Ross County Sheriff's deputies are reporting a spike in heroin overdoses. Deputies say five people were treated  yesterday, bringing the week's total to 15. One person has died. Investigators are asking for the public's help in finding the people responsible for selling the drug.
